Product exchange/return rules:
1) If you wish to return a product, please contact the site’s information center in advance and inform about the return of the product;
2) To initiate the process, you need to inform the site’s information center of the identifying data of the product to be returned, order number, order date, order receipt date and reason for return;
3) The product is exchanged or returned within 48 hours of receiving the parcel;
4) If any changes are observed in the product and the parts/documents accompanying the product, the company reserves the right to question its authenticity and, accordingly, to suspend the product return procedure until the investigation and diagnostic work is carried out, which may last no more than 3 business days. Based on the results of the investigation and diagnosis, the company is authorized to continue or terminate the product/s return procedure.
1) The product was damaged during transportation;
2) The product has a factory defect;
3) The product characteristics do not match or differ from the characteristics described on the website;
4) You received another product by mistake.
P.S. In case of other reasons, the order is not subject to return.
